HOW YOU CAN HELP

with their Wheel Race 5K.
Donors and volunteers. These are the people who tackle the Herculean tasks of helping Alternatives in Motion accomplish its purpose. Not that these people have superhuman strength—physically, that is, but they do have strength of character, compassion and generosity with both their resources and time.
There are many ways to help out—volunteer your time (we have multiple and changing needs that are posted on this web site), donate money or participate in fundraisers (we have loads of ideas for you to try), help get the message out by getting us in to speak at schools, businesses, organizations—wherever!
